On June 4, 2026, Ariosa & Company gathered to recognize and celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary. Clients, friends, relatives and employees enjoyed an afternoon at the BC Brewery in Hunt Valley, sharing stories of the two decades of collaboration. Guests were treated to commemorative pint glasses and branded cookies, as well as a delicious buffet and beverages of their choice.
Company Founders, Rob Ariosa and Paul McElhiney, greeted guests while raising a glass of locally brewed beer in recognition of the company’s 20 years of mechanical success. It seemed fitting that they remembered raising a glass of beer in 2006 at Glory Days to celebrate the decision to start Ariosa & Company.
Company Chairman, Rob Ariosa, shared, “We wanted to be a family-oriented firm that performed quality work and build a legacy, not to sell a private equity firm for a get-rich-quick philosophy. We try to make decisions that are best for the 100-plus employee families we support.”
Rob continued, “As we continue to evolve as a company, recognizing loyalty and hard work is paramount to success. This commitment has formed my decision to begin transitioning the business to the next generation of leaders.”
Company President, Paul McElhiney, recalled the many individuals that helped build the company’s foundation and operating principles. “None of this would have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our entire team. It takes all of us.”
