Ariosa was honored to be awarded mechanical work at the Baltimore Country Club (BCC) Five Farms Campus. BCC is ranked in the top 50 Country Clubs in America.
In Part 1 of a Phased Consolidation, initially Ariosa was not involved in design, though we assisted Lewis Contractors in Pre-Construction pricing and Value Engineering Services to help keep the project on target.
Our work includes modification to the plumbing and HVAC system to add approximately 7,500 square feet to the existing Club House. This includes interior, exterior, and roof top bars, and dining facilities – plus an entire upgrade to the commercial kitchen.
The existing 50-year-old multi-zone system is being replaced with a new state of the art WSHP System, reusing as much duct distribution as possible. Due to the physical constraints, the work required true craftsmanship skills by our team. Led by Joe Carter, Steve Ariosa, and Scott Schneider, completion is slated for summer 2022.
