Eleven Slade Apartment Building

For Ariosa, this was a design build project – an emergency chiller replacement. The 9-story residential building’s 300-ton chiller and cooling tower system failed just before the Memorial Day holiday. We were contracted to design and install a replacement system and have it functional by the holiday. Exploring our time frame and options we put in 2 – 150-ton air cooled chillers, removed the cooling towers and chiller inside, and built a secondary pumping system. System was up and running by the holiday thanks to our outstanding emergency service team at Ariosa.
