Quite often, our involvement with a business begins with the initial design and construction of the facility. Since Ariosa’s service group is involved in the commissioning, start-up and warranty of the systems, we are more than familiar with the intricacies of those systems and facilities.
Ariosa Startup and Quality Control provides independent startup and service for equipment suppliers such as Chesapeake Systems and other mechanical contractors. Some of the equipment involves cooling towers, pumps, boilers, chillers, make-up air units, air handlers, DOAS systems, VRF systems and other air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Scheduled and Unscheduled Basis
After commissioning and start up, we often enter into long-term Service Agreement relationships with the facility owner. These Service Agreements provide comprehensive system maintenance per the original equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
In addition to Service Agreements, we offer time and material services calls for repairs and retrofits with firm, quoted prices. We provide service on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis. We have certified technicians with fully equipped service vehicles available to quickly respond to your service requests.
